1) General Questions

What is Biz Iraq and what does it do?
Biz Iraq is an intelligent multilingual platform for discovering and booking services (medical, business, etc.) in Iraq. Users can find the doctor or service they need and book online.
Which languages does Biz Iraq support?
Kurdish, Arabic, English.
Do I have to create an account to use the platform?
Public browsing doesn’t require an account, but you need an account for booking and using dedicated services.
Can I use Biz Iraq on mobile?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive, and a mobile app will also be offered.
Is Biz Iraq free to use?
Public use is free. Any costs relate to services or bookings set by providers.

2) Sign-Up and Profile

How do I register on Biz Iraq?
Register with your phone number. A verification code will be sent to you; enter it to create your account.
Do I need an email to register?
Email is optional. Main registration is via phone number.
How can I edit my profile?
Go to “My Profile” and choose “Edit Information.”
What information is stored in my profile?
Name, phone number, preferred language, booking and request history.
Can I change my profile’s default language?
Yes, from Profile settings.

3) Booking Services & Doctors

How can I find a cardiologist?
Type “I need a cardiologist” in the chatbot → a list of cardiologists appears.
Can I choose my preferred date and time for a visit?
Yes. Date and time are selectable during booking.
What if my preferred doctor has no available slots?
The chatbot suggests similar options or doctors in the same specialty.
Is instant booking available?
Yes. “Quick Booking” shows the nearest available slot.
How do I resume a half-finished booking?
The bot reminds you: “You have an unfinished booking. Would you like to continue?” Click Continue to return to the previous step.

4) Using the Chatbot

Can I talk to the chatbot by voice?
Yes. Enable your microphone and ask your question.
Can I send files or photos to the chatbot?
Yes. You can send screenshots or medical prescriptions.
What happens if the chatbot can’t answer my question?
You’ll receive a link to the FAQ or a tutorial, and you’ll be connected to human support if needed.
Is the chatbot always up to date?
Yes. It’s connected to the platform database and retrieves live (real-time) information.
Can the chatbot confirm my booking?
Yes. After entering your details, the booking is confirmed in the chat.

5) Business Owners

How can I register my business on Biz Iraq?
Go to “Register Business,” upload the required information and documents, and wait for admin approval.
What types of services can I offer on Biz Iraq?
Medical, clinical, educational, retail, and more.
Is there a fee to register a business?
The first month is free. After that, you can purchase a monthly, quarterly, or yearly plan.
How can I manage customer orders?
From your business dashboard → “Manage Orders.”
Can I chat directly with customers?
You can contact your customers via WhatsApp.

6) Admins

What is the admin’s role in Biz Iraq?
Approve/reject businesses, monitor reports, and manage platform content.
Can an admin view comprehensive reports?
Yes. The admin dashboard includes FAQs, common issues, and new leads.
Can an admin view a user’s conversation history?
Yes. Conversation history is available to admins.
How can an admin approve businesses?
Go to “Business Requests” and review the documents.
Can an admin send messages to all users?
No. Admins do not have access to user contact channels.

7) Memory

Does the platform remember my previous information?
Yes. After login, your session persists; you won’t need to log in again on subsequent visits.
Can the chatbot remind me of previous issues?
Yes. Open requests or unfinished bookings are shown.
If I change my phone number, will my memory be deleted?
Yes, your stored memory is removed.
Is my chat history saved?
Yes, and only you and admins can view it.
Can I delete my chat history?
Yes, you can delete it.

8) Security

Is my information safe on Biz Iraq?
Yes. All data is encrypted.
Does Biz Iraq share my information with others?
No. Your information remains strictly confidential.
Do I need a password to log in?
No. Login is via SMS verification code.
If someone has my phone number, can they access my account?
Only if they also have the SMS code—so it’s secure.
Are there limits to prevent spam?
Yes. Rate limiting is active.

9) Search & Categories

How can I find the nearest doctor to me?
Use the “Nearest Location” filter in the chatbot.
Can I sort doctors by price?
No. Prices should be confirmed directly with the doctor.
Can I sort doctors by user ratings?
Yes. User rating is one of the main filters.
Can I search multiple specialties at the same time?
Yes, multi-specialty search is available.
Can I view doctors on a map?
Yes, you can.

10) Human Support

If my issue isn’t resolved, how can I contact human support?
Use the “Contact Human Support” option in the chatbot.
What are human support working hours?
9:00–17:00.
Can I get a direct phone number?
Yes. The number is available in “About Us” in Settings.
Does support respond in all languages?
Yes, at least in the three main languages.
What happens if support is offline?
Human support is available Saturday–Thursday. However, the Biz Iraq chatbot answers questions 24/7.

11) Booking & Payments

Do I have to pay online to complete a booking?
No. Depending on the doctor/business, you can pay in person.
Is cash payment at the venue available?
Yes. You can pay cash on site.
Can I reschedule after booking?
Yes, if the doctor/business has availability.
If I cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
It depends on the doctor/business policies. You may contact them directly.

12) Specialties & Categories

Which medical specialties are available on Biz Iraq?
Cardiology, Neurology, Psychology, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Aesthetics, and more.
Are non-medical services available?
Yes—clinics, businesses, training centers, etc.
How can I find my desired category?
Type the category name or select it from the menu.
Can I search across multiple categories at once?
Yes. You can mark multiple categories and search together.
Can I filter by city or area?
Yes. Geographic filtering is available.
Can I compare multiple doctors or businesses?
Not currently. You can personally review each doctor’s page.
Does each doctor have a dedicated profile?
Yes—complete info, experience, working hours, and user ratings.
Can I see previous user reviews?
Yes, on each doctor/business profile.
Can I rate a doctor or business?
Yes, after your booking and service are completed.

13) Advanced Features

How do I submit a request by voice?
Enable the microphone and ask your question.
Can the chatbot review a photo of my prescription?
Yes. The bot receives your prescription/test and routes it to the right specialty.
Can I upload PDFs or images?
Yes—PDF, JPG, and PNG are supported.
Can I receive reminder notifications?
Yes. The chatbot reminds you of your booking date and time.
Can I have multiple bookings at the same time?
Yes. All bookings are listed in your profile.
Can the chatbot find the next available slot for me?
Yes. “Quick Booking” does exactly that.
Will the chatbot work if my internet is weak?
Yes. The chatbot does not require high-speed internet.
Can the chatbot send me directly to a specific page?
Yes. You’ll get a direct link.
Is direct contact via WhatsApp or Telegram available?
Yes. Through “Human Support,” you can reach WhatsApp support.

14) Users & Features

Is there a limit to how many bookings I can make?
No, there’s no limit.
Can I keep multiple profiles (e.g., for family)?
Yes, but each account must be created separately.
Can I manage multiple accounts from one panel?
No. One panel manages one account.
Can I add certain services to my favorites?
Yes. Use the “Favorites” option in your profile.
Can I repeat a previous booking?
Yes. Use “Book Again.”

15) Notifications

Will Biz Iraq send me notifications?
Yes—about bookings, changes, support messages, and special offers.
Can I manage which notifications I receive?
Yes, in Settings.
Which language are notifications sent in?
Your profile’s default language.
Can I turn notifications off?
Yes, in Settings.
Does Biz Iraq also notify about discounts and promotions?
Yes—via notifications and in-chat messages. You can also check the Offers & Promotions section.
Will I get an automatic reminder before my booking?
Yes, a few hours in advance.
Can I receive notifications via email?
No—via WhatsApp and SMS.
Are notifications active in the phone app?
Yes.
Can I get separate notifications for family members’ bookings?
Yes. Each account receives its own notifications.

16) Tutorials & Guidance

Does Biz Iraq have onboarding tutorials for new users?
Yes—video tutorials and step-by-step guides.
Where is the sign-up tutorial?
Linked on the homepage and in the chatbot.
Is there a separate tutorial for business registration?
Yes—video and PDF guides.
Can I watch tutorials as videos?
Yes, in the Help section.
Does the chatbot guide me step by step?
Yes—through all processes.
Are tutorials multilingual?
Yes—at least in the three main languages.
Can I download PDF tutorials?
Yes, they’re downloadable.
What if my question isn’t covered in the tutorials?
Contact human support.

Tutorials are created per business category.

17) Issues & Errors

What should I do if I can’t log into my account?
Re-enter your phone number and request a new code.
What if I don’t receive the SMS code?
Wait a bit and request a resend.
What if my booking wasn’t recorded?
Try again or contact support.
What if there’s an error when uploading documents?
Ensure your files match the supported formats.
What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?
Report it so we can review and fix it.
What if my selected language doesn’t work correctly?
Please inform support.
What happens if my profile remains incomplete?
Some services may be limited.
What if the booking system goes down?
You can contact the doctor/business directly using the contact options on their profile.

18) Security & Privacy (Advanced)

Will my medical information remain confidential?
Yes. Only you and your doctor can view it.
Is my conversation with the chatbot saved?
Yes—for service improvement, and it remains fully confidential.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Deletion can be handled by the platform upon request.
How does Biz Iraq protect against cyberattacks?
Encryption, firewalls, and security monitoring systems.
Is my phone number visible on my public profile?
No.
What should I do if my phone is stolen?
Contact support immediately to have your account suspended.
Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?
Yes. You can enable it.

19) Human Support & Customer Service

What are human support working hours?
Saturday–Thursday, 9:00–17:00.
Can I leave a message outside working hours?
Yes. Your message will be saved.
Is human support available on WhatsApp or Telegram?
Yes—WhatsApp. Click “Human Support.”
Can I contact a doctor directly?
Yes. Direct contact options are listed on the doctor’s profile.
Is there special support for businesses?
Yes. Human support provides full assistance.
What is the human support response time?
Maximum 10 minutes during working hours.
Is human support multilingual?
Yes.
Can I submit a ticket?
Yes—from your user profile.
Can I track the status of my ticket?
Yes—shown in your dashboard.
